“Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware....”

“booked a room for 2 days for $170 dollars... fkund out my girl had been cheating on me and she calls the front desk to try and get.me kicke out of my room after doing nothing wrong. He ended up kicking us both out and calling the cops after apologizing for her behavior/phone call to him... mknd you ive done nothing wrong didnt argue with her or anything. He had no compassion, empathy or care for a human being. also was only there for 3 hours the first day and would not refubd me fof the next day……

“Door to front office was locked so i had to call them to check in. Very outdated room. Ok cleanliness. Comfortable bed. ”

“The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs……

“I never made it and I couldn't cancel so I lost a 100 dollars for nothing ”
