“I payed for 2 rooms expecting to be next to each other , I was told it’ll be on 2 different locations . Explained I needed rooms together, only to find out later that if I want rooms next to each other I had to wait for a hour or so to be ready. We got our 2nd room after 5 or so . I have the name of person who waited on us but don’t like to share his name … needs some customer / visitor service experience. Also your check in time sucks , so much money for such late check in.”

“Beautiful setting tucked away! The only negative of our room was abundance of cobwebs and the netflix and YouTube kept stopping throughout any show. Breakfast was great and jacuzzi was still out of order. We would be open to staying here again.”
