“Hotel rooms are dated and the common areas need some updating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise levels are well controlled for a hotel with a casino but the smell of smoke did make its way into the hallways.”

“There is a feeling that the hotel isn't the safest. You park in the underground parkade which is nice but open to the public. When you get into the elevator to your floor you don't need a card so anyone can come into the parkade and enter the hotel without it being secure. Our room was at the end on the 4th floor with a large window that overlooked the back stairs. We stayed 2 nights and all night people were in the stairwells talking and the blind on the window wasn't a good cover so if……

“Hard to sleep. Either the cleaners were loud in the evening or people above me were stomping and loud.”

“First, I didn’t get the rooms I asked for after I called twice and they confirmed they have the 2 rooms blocked. They gave away our rooms because of technicality. 2 families traveling so we wanted our rooms close together ended up on 4th and 2nd. We stayed for 5 days and 1 room was only serviced once and the 2nd room none at all. By the 4th night there were no clean towels left , garbage not picked up . Also, beds were uncomfortable, hurt my back. And about the free breakfast was nice .. for……

“The hotel facilities are very good, clean and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting in the room is a bit dim!”

“Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.”

“nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!”

“Fun and friendly place to stay ”

“It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”

“Room is little old, some switches not working properly. But staff are super nice and helpful. and the surrounding is quite and nice.”
