"We have loved the Joseph for many years. The Guild House restaurant is lovely off of the lobby. Staff is stellar. Rooms have been consistently fresh and very comfortable. Only thing is in the last couple years, the main street in front of hotel has gotten very noisy. We stayed in back of hotel this time and it was better."

"My room wasn't great the first night. I asked for a change, the registration clerk was very accommodating. She helped me right away. She didn't make me feel like I was being a neusance. I was pleased with my move. Thank you..."
