“The view was swaying trees, full moon, and stars...just laid in bed and it looked like we were outside. Firepit has wood, kitchenette has what it needs, bed was comfy, place was clean”

“This review is based on the fact that we booked the room in a kid friendly area and they had an indoor pool. We didn’t find out until we arrived that the pool was closed. It was open at 10 the day we left. There wasn’t any shampoo in the room but there was 2 body washes. Breakfast was ok and there was a really friendly employee that helped keep the area clean. All staff was accommodating with anything we needed. Pillows were good but no real comforters. Kind of felt like a hospital room. Ac……

“Great place to stay ”

“Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ……

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”
