"We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel."

"I loved the set up of the hotel. It was quaint enough to feel small and intimate yet it was a really large property with two cold poles with two slides for the kids, which was super fun. The variety of hot spring pools was really fun to go and test out and move around. The rooms were really nice and updated. The staff was really kind. It was a great place and I’d love to go back."

"The staff was excellent- kind and anticipated your needs before you did! Very attentive! The specialty restaurants were fantastic! The property is huge so bring your walking game. The beach is not owned by resort and before we went we were cautioned by friends of sand fleas on the beach that can create an itchy ankle hassle while trying to sleep- bring bug spray! The weather every day was fantastic! Rooms are dated but decent and I slept like a baby! Nothing to do but enjoy and relax! "

The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Wandering through the property felt like exploring a private oasis. The pools were just as impressive—crystal clear, მშვიდ and beautifully set, offering the perfect place to relax while taking in the incredible scenery. The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering both comfort and elegance with plenty of room to unwind. Every detail felt carefully considered, making it easy to settle in and feel completely at home. The atmosphere throughout the property was serene and beautifully curated, blending natural elements with understated luxury. Every space felt intentional, inviting, and deeply relaxing. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to detail.
