"The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in.
Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour.
Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food."
