“當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。”

“Clean well maintained. No complaints really, just overly helpful staff trying to sell a time share type set up when checking in. Took a lot longer than we had hoped with a line of people in front of us all trying to get out of paying resort fee above the price they paid for their online booking. In lobby for 45 minutes to get key. If you are staying here, just pay the resort fee when you check in and move on please.”

“Upon arrival our check-in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. We had some difficulty adjusting the room temperature and the last two nights of our stay was very warm. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of foods. The cleaning staff was very helpful when we requested additional amenities like coffee and Kleenex. All in all it was a pleasant experience.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”
