“I couldn’t have been treated better by a most gracious staff. I loved the room, the breakfast was very good, parking a breeze. Wasn’t prepared for cashless laundry but figured it out with no problem. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Convenient location if you are going to the Ark Encounter. Great bakery nearby—Beans! (Hotel does have a breakfast buffet.) Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They reached out daily to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.”

“Waffles, toast, muffins, yoghurt, bananas etc for breakfast, the staff was very responsive for everything we needed.”

“Hotel was good and being next to the encounter made it very convenient. Rooms were good, could have just used a quick vacuum in the corners where stuff collects. Breakfast started at 6 which was great, but it wasn’t the greatest the day we were there. Would recommend staying here if doing the Ark encounter. Can stay parked there when doing the encounter instead of paying double at the encounter.”

“No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . ”
