“This is an historic property and the owner has strived to maintain its historic nature. The owner was pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in the wilderness room. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable and pillows perfect for us. The breakfast prep room was well stocked with 24/7 snacks and drinks. Breakfast selections were typical to those of other three star hotels. There is a large, quaint and well appointed sitting room central to all 2nd floor rooms.”

“We loved the quiet area. Was close to shopping. Host was very nice. Overall a good place to stay. Close to things to do.”

“Some how, the listing i was looking at and the listing i booked got switched. Most likely my fault, but when I asked the question of the host at the beginning she did not elaborate. Meaning, I asked her if she was associated with the host on the listing, because her name was different from the listing, should have been my first indicator, but thought she was just an associate. “It was a beautiful property. Small but appropriate fenced area for our dog. Pool was nice. Host was friendly and available lf we needed her. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“This trip was very much needed. Kristen made it welcome and lovely . Kids loved the pool and the smores we had were to die for ”

“Fantastic property with wonderful pool and easy access to area surroundings. Very responsive host, clean home, great location!”

“Great place to relax with lots of activities to do in one location. ”

“The host was fine. However, the property had some issues. The bathrooms were not ADA compatible. The water system in the shower / tubs was very difficult to manage and obtain warm to hot water. To be honest, I have never seen a system with three knobs. There were no lamps in any of the bedrooms, which seemed rather strange. The ceiling fan did not operate in the back left bedroom. So it was several little things that kept us from being able to give a higher rating.”

“Wonderful host and a beautiful home. Perfect for our needs.”

“My over all rating is a 3.5 pic showed a nice place which it wasn’t bad The cons said working washer and dryer (1)The washer was pouring water out. It must have been a known issue because there was a towel on floor to soak up water. The drawer underneath was full of water (2) BBQ grill in manual said it should be clean It was a charcoal grill still had the old charcoal in it I had to clean it (3) I couldn’t get sliding door to the pool open it was very hard The molding from the sliding door……

“Would have liked the pool warmer for my wife and the 5 month old infant we had. Time to buy new noodles for the pool.”
