"Property is very run down. Def not the standard for Hyatt that we're used to. Everything was falling apart inside the unit and common areas. Room was given to us filthy. With hair and stains on the sheets. Staff doesn't care to help, and just there to clock in and out. Would never ever stay there again. And it wasn't cheap either. More like a 2 star than a 4 star property and service. "

"There was 3 of us in the room and had only 2 towels. We asking 2twice in 3 days'for 1 more towel for showers but never received it . Plus there was alwzys just 1 towel for floor and shower had it soaked with 1 use."

"The room was very basic, a bit tired. For us for a quick night stand it was fine. Breakfast was good."

"We arrived at 12:30AM, with notice of late arrival. Hilton gave our suit away. They wanted to give us a smaller room with a roll away cot. I refused; this was paid in full for two queen beds for 4 adults. He then sent me up to a suit, I opened the door and there was trash everywhere. The beds weren't made; it was disgusting. I demanded a regular room since he didn't have any suits available. I got that with no refund for the suite. The next morning, I spoke with the deck attendant and she was mortified. She compensated my breakfast bill for two of us. This is a Hilton; I was very upset and disappointed. I will stay again because I don't think this will happen again."

"We enjoyed our stay in downtown Miami. There were so many engaging things to do, see and eat within walking distance! We went to the water and watched boats for hours. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was excellent!"

"This property looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The only reason we stayed here after arrival was the property had already processed the payment; which it was not supposed to do. This is not a reserve and pay upon check in. The room was fairly clean but smelled musty. The condition of the bathroom room was “meh”; barely acceptable. The plus was a clean iron, working refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. The desk person was very friendly and pleasant."
