“感觉一般般，入住的时候还交了40多美金，不知道是什么钱，也许是我英语太差的原因吧！因为之前定房的时候所以的钱已经付过了，网站上说有停车位，到酒店结果没有，要出去自己找。”

“The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction.”

“The lady in the front desk is not nice and friendly. This is an old house with a strange smell. Not clean enough.”

“We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff”
