“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“Perfect condo for family of 4 and had everything we needed.Right on the lagoon near the beach and pool.Parking wasn't the best but we made it work.We have stayed at Kawama many years and would definitely stay in this unit again.”

“This Sunset Lagoon condo was awesome! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We loved that the unit sits next to the pool and very close to an entrance to the lagoon (which was neat to swim with the fish!). The complex was peaceful and relaxed and had friendly people living/staying there. We enjoyed taking rides on the golf cart to the marina and fishing off the jetty. Late night pickleball was a blast too!The unit was super clean and decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen had everything we needed...

“Condo is convenient to everything in Marathon & Bahia Honda park. Clean and comfortable, with a pool/bar. Shower had decent pressure. Only minor complaints would be that it could use some extras such as beach umbrellas, board games, kitchen condiments such as salt & pepper, etc. It was fairly bare. We also had an issue with laundry. The door code we were given was not accurate & couldn't get property management to get back to us. Finally stopped someone walking in & they gave us the code. “Very nice and comfortable apartment. It had a lovely fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect size for four people and our dog. The salt water lagoon is wonderful and the rest of property is great too. Loved riding around with our rented golf cart. It’s our second time at the Kawana Yacht Club, first time in this unit and we were very happy with it. Ken was great and quickly answered all of my questions.”

“This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon.
