Florida Keys Spa Vacations

The villa itself had potential, but our stay was not as comfortable as we expected. The biggest issue was the AC, which was not working properly, and the villa became hot and uncomfortable, especially when trying to relax or sleep. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the villa. It did not feel as clean or well-prepared as we would expect for a guest stay. Overall, the location/property, but the AC and cleanliness issues really affected our experience. I hope the owners address these concerns for future guests. The actual resort was really nice and the receptionists that attended us were really nice and addressed all of our concerns.

We booked this last minute traveling through the keys on our way to Key West. It was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend. I hope we can come back and stay longer next time.

No lo recomiendo a nadie , un resort pésimo, según ellos desayuno incluido y ni tienen casi nada que ofrecer a los huéspedes, el local está malo, las habitaciones deberían de mejorarlas un poquito , huelen a humedad, y de los precios ni hablar ya te quieren cobrar hasta la risa, y a todos los k tengan bote, si no tienen seguro no te lo dejan tirar en la marina, te cobran el parqueo y te dicen k no se hacen responsable de lo que se pierda en resumen , ya banana bay se convirtió en un resort que no se puede visitar, todo cambió este año, no lo vuelvo a visitar

Great resort for relaxing! Beautiful rooms but dated could use a refresh. Pool excellent! On site outdoor food terrible. Need a total overhaul and a bar!
