5/5 Excellent
"The check in itself was excellent, the young man at the desk was very cordial, polite, & helpful. Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on concrete, & was murder on my back. Love that they're pet friendly (very much so), but do not understand why they would have carpeted rooms with pets. Everything smells like a wet dog, & we all know the carpet will never, ever be truly clean. The room was very clean, the body wash in the shower was empty, & the mattress on the sofa bed was literally a joke. Probably would've been more comfortable for my dog, than my son. The free breakfast was very good, a wide variety of items, & the coffee was great. "

"The hotel staff were very good. Mitchell made a fresh batch of chocolate cookies and put them out at 6pm for the guests. The free breakfast was nice. I also enjoyed the lobby area. I will definitely stay there again. Oh yes, the price was great!"

"Because of a very tragic incident involving a family member, I needed to book a room. I made my decision to stay at this hotel because of past reviews and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very helpful, informed and friendly. The rooms were CLEAN, comfy and accommodating of my sister's mobility issues. The continental breakfast was very elaborate giving everyone an option for a quick satisfying bite. I even had the chance to meet the owner and he was very down to earth, welcoming and comforting to our purpose for being in Kingsland. I hardly ever write reviews, but this stay was quite exceptional. Thank you to the Best Western Plus Staff of Kingsland, GA, you're commitment to excellence is phenomenal."

"This was a wonderful value for a one night stay, less expensive than all the rest. Clean, though a little worn, especially the carpeting, which did not affect our stay at all. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the staff was extremely helpful."

"Nice hotel. Would have love to see a sign on the street pointing to the hotel b/c it was behind a restaurant and tucked away from car view while driving ."
