“Clean room , super helpful staff Quiet I rested so good”

“房间很大，床也很大。有微波炉和冰箱，但是没有杯子（幸好自己带了），更没有餐具，空调无法关闭，似乎没有wifi。边上有个小购物区，有快餐店，但是没去过。”

“I did not stay here. It was awful. The place is dirty and falling apart. I checked in to find I didn’t get the room I had reserved. The front desk guy said it was Expedia’s fault they booked it wrong. I called Expedia and got wonderful assistance in checking out and getting a refund. Overflowing trash cans outside and walkways littered with cigarette butts were just a couple of many issues.”

“This property will be my “go to” hotel whenever I visit Clemmons (to go to Break Time for a Billiards tournament) and need to stay overnight. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The property is quiet and conveniently located close to entertainment, food, and shopping. Plenty of food at the breakfast buffet, and the quality/taste was much better than I had expected. My only complaint about the breakfast is that we weren’t allowed to bring it to the room. ……

“The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities.”

“I am writing this review to strongly caution other families against booking a stay at the Townhouse Winston Salem - University. I arrived with my minor children only to find that the property is completely misrepresentative of its online photos and description. The hotel advertises a clean, usable pool, but in reality, the pool is abandoned, closed off by a dirty cover, and clearly has not been maintained for years. The environment felt extremely unsafe. “2 adults, one washcloth, one towel, no trashcan in room, bugs everywhere on the floor (dead). No bugs in or on mattress (thank God), we arrived close to midnight, complained the next morning and front desk assistant promptly let us know we could have came to the front office to get a trash can and towels....it was a very long walk to the office, we were tired so we just chalked it up to realizing he didn't care.”
