The lanai was wonderful, screened against bugs. The kitchenette was well stocked and clean. Location was great and price was very reasonable. The only issue we had was a bathroom sink drain that we couldn't open. But we had the kitchen sink to use, so that wasn't a big problem. We would definitely stay here again." The room and pool were clean. There is a great bar/restaurant within walking distance away. It was nice to have a full size fridge and stove to use if needed. They also have kayaks and paddle boards to use at no charge. But, beware…it is difficult to get BACK up the kayak launcher as there is no handle and the concrete pad is very slippery. The not so good parts: The pictures are a little deceiving. The room we booked (deluxe king) showed a pic that looked like it looks out onto the ocean. Ours did not. It was on the ground floor and the side of the bed is RIGHT next to the kitchen sink. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors (even just casual conversation). There was no housekeeping at all during our 5 night stay. Not that we needed someone to make the bed, but more to refill the coffee and creamer instead of having to ask. There isn’t a beach area and there is a lot of seaweed which begins to smell later in the day under the hot sun. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay and fairly priced. The friendly staff make up for some of the shortcomings.
