“Positive: beach was walking distance, publix next door, quiet not noisy neighbors, location A+ Negative: bedsheets not clean- hair and dirt from previous guests, headboard lose and when tossing or turning extremely noisy, hole in the bathroom wall, looks like unfinished or left during repair. Living room couch extremely old and uncomfortable.”

“Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony……

“We loved staying at this location right on the beach! The owner Lisa, communicated well and was very welcoming. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays and went crab hunting at night. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! The only reason there are not 5 stars was due to some maintenance issues with faucets, microwave and I wish there was a darkening curtain on the kids room instead of just blinds. The light from the hall walkway was a nuisance and we worried about people peeking in. Overall very……
