“Over 5 days, house keeping never made the beds and we ran out of TP twice. Talking with the front desk did no good. One elevator was broken, the maintenance man said it was just fickle. The on site buffet breakfast wanted 20% tip just for your pre payment with credit card. Everything room temperature came out of boxes and was factory wrapped. The hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage) had no flavor. Great hot tub and indoor heated pool, plenty of clean towels in pool area. As expected, the beach……

“Had only 1 working elevator and it stopped working twice during our stay. The first incident, the elevator was not working for almost 12 hours. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband has hip issues. He had difficulty getting up and down the stairs. Plus, we had a non-walking child and she had to be carried up and down the stairs. Our room had several items and trash left from the people before us. The staff was friendly though.”
