“Can't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the house is in need of attention but the inside is new and modern. Perfectly clean and comfortable inside. Modern and nicely decorated. All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking……

“The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very clean and organized. It also had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend trip. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest just because there was a lot of late night noise and commotion but other than that I would stay here again. ”

“Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room……
