"The house was very nice and clean, with good amenities. We enjoyed the weekend stay at the house and the neighborhood. We love sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the marina. We will book again if we ever return to the area. Owner was very helpful and responsive."

"Adding to the chorus of stellar review here. The house is lovely, with amazing views from the living room, dining area and kitchen and a cozy package overall. All the systems (internet, AC, washer/dryer) worked well, and Andy had everything we need there for a monthlong working vacation. The beach is beautiful, and it's super convenient to have a Wawa and several restaurants two short blocks away. Andy responded immediately to any questions we had. We look forward to coming back next year."

"Loved the layout of the apartment. Really nice kitchen and lighting features. A/C units in each room. Unfortunately, the ice cream store was closed but all other restaurants, bakeries, etc. were open. Didn't realize it was a 3-story walk-up, which isn't a problem for younger people, not good for some elderly."

"We travel to LBI every summer and have stayed all over the island in various types of properties, so we have a reasonable idea of what to expect. Given this, we felt that this property was Very overpriced for the value and were very disappointed. In communicating with the host beforehand, she seemed friendly but disorganized; sent us messages with the wrong dates, etc. Mistakes happen but it made us nervous. She also expressed issues with her upstairs neighbors and warned us from speaking with them? When we arrived, we texted her right away to let her know we found a few broken pieces of furniture. We gave up trying to complain as we soon discovered that many items were broken, stained, visibly dirty or patched together. Nearly every window screen was ripped so we couldn't open them for fresh air without getting flies/mosquitos inside. The closets were blocked by furniture or had personal items inside (no rods or clothing hangars). The top bunk of the bunkbed had no railing to keep kids from falling off. The kitchen didn't come with enough utensils for our family of 4, only 1 pot and 1 pan, and everything looked like it had been bought at a stoop sale - unmatched, too small, broken, etc. The whole house felt like everything had been picked-up off the street. The walls were so thin, we could hear the neighbors snoring at night (no joke) and when they spoke it sounded like they were inside our unit. The blvd traffic was Loud. Only pros were the shower and washer/dryer."

"The property was very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything blenders, griddles, coffee makers, etc. Plenty of dishes, pots too. Patty the owner was fantastic with communication making sure we knew their rules/times and touching base to make sure we had what we needed. We had a blast - never needing anything except more time there! This is a great find. "
