“I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I had to. Honestly, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. The exterior looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the rooms are a completely different story. We were given an upgrade, but the room smelled musty and felt quite dirty, more like a motel than a hotel. The windows also had very poor sound insulation, so we could hear the noise from the restaurants below until past midnight, making it difficult to sleep. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30.
