“The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. ”

“Door was open when I got to my room. Very strong deodorizer smell, carpet was very wet. Front window of room cracked. AC unit falling out of holder. What seemed to be permanent residents smoking pot all hours of day and night in their room. This place is disgusting!!!!!!!! ”

“Writing I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn from March 27th–29th, and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I travel to Greenwood, SC on a regular basis, and after this experience, I will definitely be staying at the Rodeway Inn each time I return. Highly recommend to……

“Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. ”

“Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.”

“Our room ended up having bed bugs. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he said “I’ll have a manager contact you after an investigation. You probably brought them from home.” Wouldn’t give me the managers number, and couldn’t, and wouldn’t discuss anything else. Very disappointed in this property. I travel quite often for work, and frequent Holiday Inn. I absolutely will not be returning to a HI in the future. ”

“Housekeeping was very disappointing. I had to take dirty towels to the front desk area in order to exchange for clean. We had no housekeeping ….garbage was not removed after our first night’s stay, nor were dirty towels exchanged.”

“Looks are deceiving. Pool wasn’t operational. Beds are hard/furniture was old and dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly. ”

“Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.”
