"We LOVED the layout of this house! We could get together for family time when we wanted to, and retreat to our own private areas when necessary. The use of the kayaks and the easy walk to the pond was just what we wanted for our kids and grandkids."

"The cabin is tiny, which we expected. We did not expect to have doors that wouldn't close. Not that they wouldn't quite shut all the way - the bathroom and master bedroom doors would not shut at all. Also the cooking supplies were bare bones and generally not clean. There was nothing to scrub the grill with. I dripped coffee on the floor and when I wiped it up with paper towes, they came up black, which shows that the floors rarely get a good cleaning. "Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."

"It was so cute and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the pool and the campground activities and amenities. Not too bad of drives up the cape and to the beaches. The beds were comfy and blankets were warm. The shower goes cold really fast but with a camper thats understandable. "
