“I love the historical aspect of the hotel. However, the physical key did not work, the room was freezing, the thermostat was no working, there were no blankets in the room, and no telephone to call thecfront desk - the sleeping experience was unbearable.”

“This hotel was significantly cheaper and pet friendly, which we loved! However it was pretty janky. We were in room 118. The room needed some serious improvements that would make it feel less gross. All the walls were dirty and had stains all over them that easily could be wiped down or all else fails, could use a new paint job. The bathroom shower faucet was super janky. The lever wasn’t installed correctly and took a lot of turning off and on to get the right temperature, also the tub faucet……

“My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work. Furthermore, upon leaving the owner called us and asked us to pay extra for a dog. We never had a dog and we were on our way to……

“The property was authentic and quaint. The first room we were in was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous. Carpets were stained and air conditioning didnt work. Since they could not repair it, we were moved to another room. Again, the room was very unique. Had an adobe fireplace, so cute. The bathroom was tiny but workable. The problem was ants in the bathroom. All over the floor and in the tub. The wood ceiling above had something eating away at it because there were continual wood shavings……
