“I stayed for three nights, and the experience was unacceptable. For two days, there was no body wash in the room, forcing me to use shampoo as a substitute. On another day, my room was not cleaned at all. Additionally, I greeted a housekeeping staff member in the morning, and they completely ignored me and walked away without even acknowledging my greeting. This lack of basic courtesy and poor service is extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel.”

“Very rude staff and I do not understand why lobby was alway closed during business hours. 2 nights stay with. 1. Very rude staff 2. No room cleaning after my first night 3. Old and dirty room AC/Heater 4. Ice machine room was closed at least half hour before 11pm as posted on the door. 5. There was no coffee machine in the room 6. As the room was not clean by 4pm, I had to ask for a new bath towel, it took them almost 2 hours to get me a couple as they were being washed I will never come……
