“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

“Lovely comfortable room and especially bed. Hotel was very busy due to a conference on Friday when we arrived and a wedding on Saturday, so quite noisy in the communal areas. Food in both restaurants was good but service in Farenheit was a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was okay, but often seemed to run out before being topped up, so you had to chhose your timing carefully. Pastries were very good though and there was a good choice. I asked for poached eggs both days and they were perfectly cooked.……

“This property was located in a centralized trendy area with tons of eateries and close but not too close, to the city center. It was a great find with a great staff.”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“A gem in the heart of Dublin! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bar area is very nice. Located a block from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a short walk to Temple Bar, Trinity College and shopping. Will stay here again for sure! ”

“Location is ok. But room is not that good. Have some smell inside the room. And too many people in hotel starting from check in , life and restaurant . Very crowd. May be they have some group tour lived there. It is not worth at this price level.”
