"The hotel stsff sude were friendly. But grail and grill restaurant were selective when i came to helping guests. A guest is a guest as such they must all be treated with respect and dignity. Waiters/ Waitresses are there for all the guests. On 22/12/25 i had a very good service at this restaurant. There was a tall youngish waitress who gave us Excellent service."
