“As far as Staff is wonderful, the room need!! I would say full renovation! It’s seams like staff cleaning the room, but all overused and looks 50 years old.”

“Clean and spacious room with good semi firm beds. Shower worked well, hair dryer ok. Small fridge and microwave in room. Only issue was that AC/heating unit was pretty noisy. Friendly staff. Did not use indoor pool, laundry or business office. ”

“Breakfast, restocking is not done. If you don’t arrive before 8am you will not find many items”

“Not the worst but not the best. The whole place smelled like sewage for the entire stay and felt like the air quality wasnt the best. The staff was nice and greeted us. Wish that cleaning staff came more often. If you need a quick place to stay for one night only, its not bad. Facilities needs some updates and care to it. Maybe just air out all of the rooms”

“Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond ”
