“We were told by Expedia that it had a Pool. We had a vbro it was canceled. Expedia help us to get money and match our needs. But the pool was not usable nothing else offered in amenities. We were looking at. 3 days, was the reservation. Had to accepted it since the time we were totally needed a place. But the prices for anything else. jumped. 3x what vbro. Offered. I advise check out what they offered. Yourself. Price is why we accepted the place”

“Bed was broke. We asked to have it fixed. They just told us to leave. We did get a refund. It was not clean inside or outside.”

“This is an odd little motel. There is no front desk. The check-in process wasn't explained very well. I kept trying to check in, but I could not. I finally sent a message that I must have missed the email that I was told would be sent. I did get a prompt reply that gave me the instructions for check-in. You cannot check in until 1 hour before the check-in time of 3 pm. Once I was able to do that, I received the door code to unlock the door. There is a lawn area right in front of the room,……

“It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. There’s lot of mosquitoes and other wild life in the area. I did find it a little strange there was no front desk for check in but the locks to our room worked and we had no issues during our stay.”

“Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.”

“Very nice condo! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space for our big family, we loved going around the dock looking for crawfish! We also enjoyed the hot tub at night with the mood lights, just bring bug spray! The mosquitoes liked it too ;) Nice soft beds and bedding made for a great night of sleep. Highly recommended.”
