“We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! House keeping was wonderful and we especially loved the breakfast! Lots of options and even gluten free for my son who has celiac disease! They had GF bagels,muffins and all! Coffee was……

“We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a family event in RI. This is a big hotel and there were a few events scheduled on the same day of our stay. The hotel was packed. We requested early check-in but it was not possible because the hotel was completely booked. We arrived at the hotel after the family event, there was a convention at an exterior tent. The music was loud, but we were at the 6th floor and we were informed the event would end at 11, which it did. Besides that, it was a great stay. I……
