“The sink was stopped up on arrival. TV stopped working on the second day. Room above had small children who were loud , which sounded like they were jumping on and off the beds. When brought to attention of staff,we were told that until 10pm nothing could be done Also was disappointed there was no laundry facilities”

“Our room’s mini bar was nearly empty, no snacks and the fridge was bare. I called twice to have it filled and it never was. Overall the hotel is a great property, especially considering the location. Queen size bed felt smaller than a queen and the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable.”

“Limited breakfast menu, but the food was good. Room was HUGE, clean, well maintained. Hot water without waiting. Lot's of interesting touristy stuff within walking distance. Friendly people everywhere. ”

“Hot tub was nice. Great View! Front desk attendant was helpful. Room was comfy. We were missing a pillow, but they got us one on request. We also needed more coffee and creamer, but they were quick to get us more on request. The pool was way too cold. ”

“Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.”

“Joann, Mike, Rick, and George were fantastic hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was was excellent. Mike took the time to give us a tour of the entire facility, and Rick shared some great stories......Thank you all!!”

“Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it”

“Overpriced the breakfast is nothing to boast about muffins cereal and yogurt not much more coffee is terrible.”
