“I absolutely loved staying here. The restaurants are excellent and had a great time in the pool. I just wish there was a microwave in my room. Other than that, perfect stay.”

“Room smelled like cigarette smoke when I entered it but used febreeze and it took care of it. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.”

“Service wasn’t great! Room could have been a lot cleaner. There was not enough parking! Elevator broke when we got there. We had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. ”

“We loved the pool and the staff. So friendly and helpful and great with our kids! Our AC went out and had to switch rooms after kids bedtime and staff was efficient and quick to resolve the issue even upgrading our room. The only negatives would be issues with our WiFi & both tvs that never resolved.”

“Well the room I’m in.You can see outside between the door and the door frame. Many people live here full time and they think they own the place. They sit outside your door and smoke cigs/pot.The smell comes in through the air conditioner. They let their kids run around like wild animals. I have lots of pictures to show how bad this place is.They say they have fast internet. It works once in a while.Don’t get me wrong. Even the best hotels in town are just as bad if not worse . I should probably……

“Not the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. Assigned a room that wasn’t ready. No after hours coffee.”

“Booked this as it was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius with a vacant room. I was placing in a smoking room first and had to ask to be moved to a non smoking room. I was reluctantly moved and treated poorly. The next room was extremely dirty.”

“Perfect place near the lake, our host was exceptional in making sure we felt at home. Rental is stocked with everything one would need and is spotless inside. Plenty of parking as well. Would definitely rent again.”
