"Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10"

"This was our second time to Las Gaviotas, our first time staying in Kristie's place. Everything was just great. Her place was super clean, very nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything you could want or need. (Love the CD and DVD collections!) The view is amazing! The whole community is lovely, very safe and secure. The security guards are friendly and were incredibly helpful in setting up a visit to the Cuatros Cuatro winery. "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"We stayed at Las Gaviotas Memorial weekend for a two night stay. It was my family of four and a family friend and her daughter. My friend and I have daughters that are differently able, fixates and have anxieties especially when it comes to new places to stay. The host was very kind, understanding and accommodating to our daughter’s needs. The rental was very clean, warm and inviting.
