"Bed was well used not comfortable at all When we checked in the floor had loose hair on floor like it had not been vacuumed Other than that the stay was okay"

"Our whole experience with the weekend was great. And anytime we needed assistance from any of the staff they went out of their way to make sure that we got the help that we needed. Restaurants and casino were great. We would definitely come back to this hotel and stay again. This was our very first time staying here, Service and amenities were top-notch."

"Our room in the South Towers was very nice with an awesome view. The only exception was the AC was not working at first. We called for Maintenance and it was fixed within 4 hours. We had a delicious birthday dinner at the Stage Restaurant"

"Room was clean . Typically, the TV remote was scetchy. The coke machine was not operable. The housekeeper and front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful . The ground in the parking lot could have been cleaner and it appeared the pool was not available ."
