“Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?”
I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very kind, however the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was just luke warm and it wouldn't turn on. We couldn't go to the other ones because they were on the other side which was having an event. If you're gonna block half the pool for an event at least make sure that the other side hot tub is working for the guests that are actually staying at the resort”

“Great location, great shuttle service to downtown. Hotel is currently remodeling and had lots of construction going on, but noise was minimal. Room was newly updated, looked great. Loved the warm cookies upon checkin.”
