“Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness……

“The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We had a shower curtain that could not keep the water in the space. Water flowed on to the bathroom floor making it slippery. The property is soothing and tropical. There is no elevator to the second floor. ”

“We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. ”

“We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.”

“Fantastic place!! Friendly atmosphere, clean, safe, fun!! The activities they have are fabulous! The staff does an amazing job! Will be our place every year! Thank you for the great time!!”
