“This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at before; had it been a lower price range, I would adjust my expectations accordingly. The interior spaces (lobby, rooms, bar) are beautifully designed. However, most of the interactions I had with the staff were questionable at best. The pool was closed “for cleaning” for most of the day on a Saturday but then I was told by the same staff member that it was closed for a “private event”.
