“Great staff and a beautiful property”

“We were pulling a long trailer with our truck and we ask for a room that could overlook our truck and trailer so we could keep an eye on it and the gentleman that helped us rearranged our room so that we could see the parking lot. He was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and cozy. They had washers and driers you could use for free with stay, a small weight room, a very nice swimming pool and patio area with a BBQ pit for grilling needs. Breakfast was really good with a……

“We stay every year. We travel from North Carolina to Alabama or a family function. The manager Lisa knows us very well and the service never changes. Will recommend any family to stay at. The staff is always willing to help and the room are always clean and comfortable.”

“I loved the location of the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. However, my room never received a proper cleaning in my 5 night stay, my TV never actually worked, and the elevator was the worst part. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, just some bad communication perhaps between functions.”

“My family and I stay here every time we come to Columbus/Phenix City. This was the first time my room was it clean there were food crumbs when we turned the spreads back on both beds and the bathroom was not really clean. Breakfast was not what we were used to. We were highly disappointed”

“I enjoyed my stay very much. From the time I checked in the front desk, clerk gave me a welcoming goodie bag and was extremely welcoming and friendly. It was a very safe friendly place. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great.”
