“This is a unique property. Be prepared for bare floors. Everything was nice and I appreciated the smart tv, but don’t expect luxury.”

“This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.”

Super kind & pleasant employees were more than happy to give recs of nearby destinations and adventures... all were polite to answer so many of our questions…was neat learning the history of the Inn, too. Building and grounds were so clean and quaint! Rooms were spacious and comfortable… Felt like stepping back into a different time & place; so many great little corners to relax, read, enjoy coffee and/or a drink. So close to great trail heads and fun towns, but……

“Amazon views. Forget going to restaurants. Almost an hour after ordering food. We were one of two tables in the dinning room. For (steak, Mac& cheese) uneatable. cold. Obviously sitting. Waitress response surly nasty.”

“2 Nice gas fire pits with ample seating and chairs on porch. Clean and nostalgic but recently renovated bathrooms and rooms. A one minute walk and you are on the main strip of down town blowing rock, 4 - 5 min walk to Kilwins and center of Main Street.”
