"Staff was attentive and professional. Parking during check in was a bit tricky since they don't want cars to stay at all near the door but the parking area is right next to the door and there was at least one staff nearby to direct cars. Rooms don't have a microwave but aside from that the rooms were great."

"This hotel is very close to the airport and with their free regular shuttle service is always our choice. Spacious clean rooms in a large hotel with free wifi, luggage storage, pool and spacious rooms. Could be more loungers by the pool as 8 for a hotel this size is insufficient. Also pool is a little dated now. Overall though good hotel and value for money. Love you can get late check outs."
The Queen Mary

"Queen Mary is a beautiful ship! I really appreciated the history of it! Be aware that unless you're in a suite, the cabins do not have air conditioning. Not usually an issue in Long Beach, but we happened to be there on an unusually hot day (98 degrees!). There is some air circulation, and they provided portable fans, so it wasn't too bad. We also happened to be there when a concert was going on at the nearby amphitheatre. The concert usurped the parking, so we had to park off-site. They provided a shuttle and they discounted the parking fee, so not a big deal. Just a little annoying. If you plan on staying here (and I highly reccomend it), check the concert schedule or any other events happening in Long Beach."
