“Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July.……

“Clean room, nice pool, front desk staff is nice. The breakfast is choice of three cereals, or bagels. Coffee and juice. I felt safe. It was quiet. Bed was quite firm. Easy access to supermarket, coffee shops, tjmx, target. I would stay there again when in that area.”

“Nice boutique hotel right in the downtown area. Many eateries a very short walk away. We appreciated the little touches, like the welcome chocolate bites and the two water bottles. There is convenient parking behind the hotel.”

“We are coming here about 30 years. This time the pool was extremely dirty. It was closed pool mid day at 100 degrees to add chlorine powder for about 30 minutes once over an entire weekend. Ice machine flooded since pipe disconnected from machine. Not fixed not drained while we were there. Got extremely bitten from mosquitoes. Music was off by the hotel so one quest blasted their music making it difficult to read or listen to a book with a bud in my ear or just relax. Very disrespectful……

“Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!”
