The house was spacious for our family and convenient to the event we were attending in Mechanicsburg. We would recommend it to others. Our interactions with Lynne went smoothly.”

“Much older home with 2 bathrooms ,one on second floor and one on third floor . There was an awful smell coming from the tub on 3rd, floor. My son being a plumber said it was not vented properly. Bedrooms were all upstairs 2nd and 3rd floor, very comfortable beds and clean, Stairs were narrow and hard to climb for the older ones staying, especially just to go to bathroom. Only 1 parking space for property so any extra vehicles had to park elsewhere away from the house, We had to be dropped off……

“Perfect stay for our scout troop weekend at Hersheypark. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group. It was a safe quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the park. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and the downstairs much colder than upstairs but overall it was exactly what we needed, would stay here again.”

“We love visiting Hershey PA and will make the Cocoa Cottage our first choice of accommodation for our next trip. The home has all the special touches that make it welcoming. The kitchen is spacious, the beds are comfy, the sofas are cozy, and the location is ideal.”

“This was my third time renting this cabin. Property is great, as is the fishing. There was a toilet issue (backing up) that the supplied plunger did not handle. Luckily, I had a snake and had to snake the toilet it ~8 times. The property manager sent out the septic tank team, which found no issue. The next morning the problem persisted, and I called the property manager and she had the plumber out, who found no problems (because I snaked it). The next morning same issue. That did not stop me……

“Beautiful home! I can see where it would be beautiful in the summertime for a large family. The hot tub was a welcome addition to a chilly night. Our stay was short, and we will try to stay longer in the summer months!”

“The whole purpose of this property is the view. It delivers. House is clean! However, the spiral stairs up and down are not terribly navigable for anything other than a carry on bag. The basement needs updating but it’s obvious that they are renovating to upgrade your stay! New mattresses and pillows are outstanding and the location is terrific !”

“Front guest Staff was fantastic and the bistro personnel are pleasant and the room has really blackout curtains. However, the gaps under the front door amplify hallway noises and proximity to the the local highway is louder than other properties. ”

“We felt the service was great, breakfast was served in time and good. However, the room was in good clean condition, but the bathroom had no air vent and there appeared to be dirt and mold on the walls around the shower. Also, the sink drained pretty slow but was fixed on the second day . Lastly the pool area was not clean and there was not enough seats available for parents to watch their children swim.”
