“I reserved a room with a queen bed but was instead placed in one with twin size beds. I immediately reached out to the host and let them know of the situation. I was informed they would check with the manager. After that, there was zero communication. I tried following up again and did not get any more responses. The price was too high for the room I was placed in. Don’t waste your time or money! So many other people who were checking in experienced problems. We will make sure to avoid this……
