My order was forgotten, so I waited a long time for nothing, late at night after a long journey and before an early flight. There was no apology, and I had to order food via Uber Eats instead, losing valuable rest time."

"I have stayed at this property over seven times. The rooms are always clean and I love the balcony with ocean view from my one bedroom King suite!! I had the pleasure of meeting Kazzy at check in and she was very nice and helpful! I experienced one issue this time around with a young man trying to enter my room claiming he thought it was Rm.205 instead of Rm.305 I reported it to Kazzy and she assured me she would make a note in the system, but that didn't make me feel any safer. I also asked for late check out and it was rudely denied by Elena. I'm really considering not ever going back to what I call my Hidden Gem, based on this last experience."
