“We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. ”

“A good stay but we had difficulties getting answers to messages on the day about check in, despite leaving 2 voicemails requesting a call back, and wasted 45 minutes on the phone to Expedia trying to sort.”

“酒店出距市區太遠，從市區地鐵入須乘15-20分鐘地鐘，到站再行約15分鐘才到。如下雨天或寒冷會做成不便。出地鐵後問路往酒店不容易找到知酒店位置的人。 早餐全是簡單的凍食。 但房間大，床也舒適，員工也熱情”

“Great stay here! Clean rooms, enough space with AC in the suite. The breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before heading out for the day! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.”

“The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night. Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. ”

“The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube……

“The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station.”

“Nice enough apartment in golders green, but completely inadequate communication and they did not honor a commitment to allow the dropping off early of my luggage. They completely ruined the first day of my stay.”

“Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep. To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them……
