“We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. ”

“Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay! My sister and I brought our 83 yr old mother to Sylvan Beach so she could catch up with her girlfriends since grade school. We moved from Canastota 46 yrs ago and loved coming to Sylvan Beach as kids. Our visit was amazing and a lot of that was because this house was perfect. Sitting on the porch at night watching the boats, walking to all the restaurants and beach and sitting at the beautiful island in the kitchen made our visit even better!! It was very clean and……
