“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“Location, location, location! Right next to the ski lift and shops which made everything so much easier for our little ones. The lodge was large, spacious, and very clean.”

“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“3 Peaks is an OK place to crash. My most recent stay was disappointing. The bathroom in my room did not have a usable light fixture. The room was also not stocked with standard toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion). Location is great. Previous stays were better. The property could definitely use some TLC, especially considering they charge a 'Property Fee'. This property fee certainly does not get reinvested in maintaining the building. Happy to adjust this review if the property makes amends……

“Resort was perfect. Pool and hot tub was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was plush and the room had a recliner and sofa.”

“Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. I wish he had told me sooner so we could have stayed somewhere else. I notified management about them and still havent had a response almost a week later. Even……

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time.”
