“We have family in Petoskey and we stay here every year when we come to visit. The pool and hot tub are a great place to hang out with our family as well as the living room and full kitchen in the one of the suites. It is like having an apartment. There are only two of the suites so book ahead. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is on par with Holiday Inn Express, etc. We will be back next year”

“This “little hotel” is BIG on cleanliness, comfort, coziness & charm—like staying at a friend’s cool apartment. Our room had a king-sized bed with a sweet, soft quilted coverlet, & plenty of substantial pillows to prop up against the beautiful padded headboard. The muted blue hues, unique fish-patterned wallpaper & wall art, along with all the attractive & different accent pieces suggest an aquatic/island setting, very soothing to our tired bones after a long day’s drive. Our room was spotless,……

“We were there for a soccer tournament so we were not there but to sleep basically . Was clean and had a good breakfast for us to grab on are way out . Would have been nice if there breakfast opened before 8am we had to grab and go .”

“Check in was wonderful. Its akways nuce after a long car ride to be geeeted with a nice friendly person with a great attitude. I brought my fishing pole to try the channel by the hotwl and the maintence guy not only pointed my in the right direction and gave me some suggestions he also let me use his net! A complete stranger. That doesnt happen anymore. Will definetly stay there again, every time i go to charlevoix!”
