“We checked in, and we never saw another staff member until the next morning. There was a purse standing out in front of the hotel drinking beer, there were people towards the side, back having barbecue and drinking, making a lot of noise. The pool area was horrible and it was filthy and very loud. You couldn't even sleep because of all the noise that was in the pool. I think if people have children, and they're checking into that total. Those rooms that are facing the pool should be specifically……

“Hotel smelled wonderful and staff was friendly. Hot tub needs a good clean and pool was ok.”

“The front desk took three tries to get us a working key card, and after one day, the door stopped locking entirely. The sink stopper in the bathroom was stuck down with no way to raise it, and after informing staff, there was no effort to correct it. We were unable to use the sink for the entire stay. On the last night, we noticed a cockroach on the wall, and decided to leave early. I’ll be washing all my clothes thoroughly to ensure nothing got in them and came home with me. Very……

“This place is nasty. The walls are dirty, mold on the curtains. Thermostat was hanging off the wall. The mattress was at least thirty years old with rips and holes. I refused to stay and was given a full refund after some polite discussion”

“Actively had bed bugs crawling on top mattress, cigarette smoke throughout building, half the electrical outlets didn't work, staff was nice though”

“The whole place was horrible. Dirty, beatdown, and just nasty. We had booked 2 rooms and neither one were any better than a cheap dog kennel. Blood and feces spatterd on the bathroom and sink area walls. Front and bathroom door jams were busted up with very poor attempts to repair. one room had no shower curtain, asked for a shower curtain and a towel to step out on and we were denied the towel. Said it was against policy to have another towel. The staff was very rude and the whole experience……

“Where to begin! The ice machine in the lobby spits ice all over the floor. The entire building smells like cigarette smoke. 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 thin towels, filthy bathroom. The walls were splattered with who knows what. The window air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool the room. Maybe 32in tv. Bed sheets had stains. Kids playing basketball in the very small crammed parking lot. Not a very good door lock and big gaps at the bottom of the door. If you are claustrophobic you would not……

“The staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. When I thought it couldn’t get any better the food was top notch! Was in town for the Mid Ohio MotoAmerica races so I only spent one night wished I could have enjoyed it longer. I will certainly be back next year for the races. This time I will come in Friday and spend a couple nights with you. Thanks again, Jeff W”
