“If you're looking for a ghetto-hood type stay you're in the right place. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. “The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.”

Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!”

“When my family and I arrived at the property, we had a problem immediately--the elevator that opens into the unit was broken, and there were no instructions on how to enter the unit if the elevator was broken. I called the property manager--they claim to answer in 5ish minutes, but I had to call them 8 times before someone picked up the phone, and no one answered me via dm on the app. Once I got ahold of someone at the management company, they did not have an answer for us, and had to call……
